Mount Road Cluster Trio Task team is on the hunt for three suspects who allegedly robbed a couple during the early hours of Monday morning 18 March 2019.

It is alleged that at about 00:05, the 48 year old complainant, his wife and relative were busy watching TV at their Sardinia Bay Road home in Sardinia Bay when three suspects entered the house through an open sliding door. The suspects were armed with knives and a crowbar and demanded money, firearms and cell phones.

They tied all three up and locked them in the room. The suspects ransacked the house and fled with the five televisions, clothing, three wristwatches, two laptops, four cell phones, perfumes, various jewellery and cash.

No one sustained serious injuries during the robbery. A case of House robbery is currently under investigation.

Police is appealing to second hand dealers to report any suspicious persons bringing the mentioned items for sale. The investigating, D/W/O Rudolph Baxter may be contacted on 041 5811496.
