Members of Elliot Crime Intelligence and Visible Policing managed to successfully arrest a 37 year old suspect for dealing in dagga. The arrest followed after positive information was followed up and a combined operation was held at the old location area.
The information of a person at Jonini area who is selling dagga was confirmed and the identified house searched. Ten plastic bags containing dagga with a weight of 7,23 kg and a street value of R6000-00 was confiscated.
At Rossouw also during the week members that were busy with stop and search operations focusing on stock theft, stop a vehicle and managed to search a suspect and found 14 bompies dagga on the passenger that was arrested.
