Police are seeking the assistance of the public to track down Mzuxolile Skolpati (21) from Mxhalanga Location outside King Williams Town who escaped at Zwelitsha Magistrate Court on Monday, 2 December 2019.
The suspect is alleged to have ran out of court while he was taken to the Court room. It was his first appearance at Court for Rape after he was arrested on Sunday, 1 December 2019.
A case of escaping from lawful custody has been opened for investigation. Reaction Unit has been activated to trace the escapee with no success yet.
