Steve Vukile Tshwete SAPS are offering a reward of up to R50 000 for information that can lead to the arrest, successful prosecution, conviction and sentencing of the person/s responsible for the murder of Vuyani Alfred Fundakubi (56) whose lifeless body was found with multiple stab wounds, next to the Hlamvana homestead, Peelton outside King Williams Town on 28 April 2019 at about 21:00.
It is alleged that the deceased left his home around 10:h00 on 28 April 2019 to visit a friend. On the same day at about 21:00, a community member alerted the deceased’s brother informing him of his murder. The deceased was found dead with multiple stab wounds in his body. All possible leads to track, trace and arrest the suspects were in vain and no information resulted in the arrest of any suspect/s.
SAPS is offering a reward of up to R50 000 for any information that can lead to a breakthrough in the case. Anyone with any information can contact the investigation officer Warrant Officer Thenjiwe Jantjies on 072 579 9808 or office number 040 636 0012.
