EASTERN CAPE – The South African Police Service in Kwanobuhle are investigating a case of murder and three counts of attempted murder, after a 27-year-old man was fatally wounded and three others sustained gunshot wounds in Qhoqho Street, Kwanobuhle at about 01:55 this morning, 4 August 2019.
