“Our presence was felt by the criminal element in New Brighton and Kwazakhele today, 29 June 2018, during our Fiela 2 Operation in these areas,” said Motherwell Cluster Commander, Major General Dawie Rabie.
All 8 stations of the Motherwell Cluster, with emphasis on the Motherwell, Swartkops, Ikamvelihle, Kwazakhele, New Brighton and Kwadwesi police stations took part in the operation with the main focus on the New Brighton and Kwazakhele areas.
Arrested persons in this operation will all be appearing before the New Brighton Magistrates Court on Monday 2 July 2018 to face their respective charges against them.
