Nemato detectives conducted a “Back to Basics” Operation on Thursday 06 July 2017 and successfully traced and arrested 9 suspects on recently reported cases.
The operation which included local detectives and a member of the Port Alfred K9 Unit, under the guidance and supervision of the stations detective commander started at 03:00 and concluded at 13:00 on Thursday, 06 July 2017.
A total of nine suspects were arrested for various offenses including theft, breach of protection order, common robbery, assault, housebreaking and theft. Stolen items including clothing were recovered and dangerous weapons seized.
