Ngqamakhwe Police arrested a 57 year old man for alleged rape of his daughter aged 30. It is alleged that the victim had come home from Cape Town to do some rituals at her home, Njekeni Locality, Xilinxa Village, Ngqamakhwe.
It is alleged that the rape took place on Saturday, 29 December 2018 and Sunday 30 December 2018. Both the victim and the suspect were alone as the mother of the victim had passed away some time ago.
The suspect will appear before the Ngqamakhwe Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, 2 January 2019 on a charge of rape.
