The mayor of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality that includes Port Elizabeth, announced that the total budget of the city will be allocated to poor areas.
This follows after Mongameli Bobani took over as mayor from Athol Trollip.
The DA is currently working on a court application to fight Trollip’s removal.
