Police condemn the attack of police members following the murder of an off duty police officer in Mount Frere.
Police are combing the scene for clues that will lead to the arrest of the suspect/s involved in an attack and fatal shooting of a police member in the main street of Mount Frere CBD, just before 05:00 this morning, 7 April 2018.
It is alleged that an off duty 36 year old male Sergeant was attacked by unknown suspects and found with gun shots in his upper body. He is attached to Mount Frere SAPS Detective Services.
