The current Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane – actually a Zuma appointed spy – is a joke a day. It is bizarre that she calls a common “longdrop” – wait for this – “VIP toilet top structures” in her just released report that found that there was no political interference in the tender process when a R631 milion tender was awarded to the Siyenza Group by the Amathole District Municipality in 2014.

The fact that she notes there was no political interference is a  joke in itself . For the record: This is one of the “smelliest” tenders ever, although there are so many of these looting schemes that one loses count.

The tender in question was rewarded to the Siyenza group and they were paid a full R631 million for the provision of around 66 000 open outside “longdrop” toilets with no connection to any pipe system. That works out to about R10 000 a longdrop. And how Mkwebane can say there was no political interference or corruption is laughable in the light of this obviously highly inflated tender where the wife of Gwede Manatshe, Nolwandle, and his son, Buyambo , acted as sub-contractors.

Disptachlive reported at the time that others linked to Siyenza group were Jacob Zuma’s son-in-law Lonwabo Sambudla and then Small Business minister Lindiwe Zulu’s son Boitumelo Itholeng.

Dsptachlive also reported in September 2016 that of the 66 700 toilets that were supposed to be built, Siyenza group only built 30409 toilets.

Disptachlive also reported that most of these toilets started to fall apart after a few weeks of being built and that the Amathole District Municipality would not seek a process in court to recoup the money paid to Siyenza Group.

This total whitewash of a massive looting scheme follows a day after Mkwebane released another report in which she makes several findings against minister Pravin Gordhan and Ivan Pillay, ex SARS head, with regards a so called SARS “rogue unit” which refers to a SARS investigative unit once headed by Johan van Loggerenberg and which the Nugent Commission of enquiry already found was legitimate and legal.

I think by now the capture of SARS by Zuma’s right hand man Tom Moyane is well known but an article by Daily Maverick published on Saturday titled “Attack on SARS linked to state capture, sensitive case files were removed, Edward Zuma made a midnight call- and much more”  gives astonishing details of how tax investigations against certain individuals aligned to Zuma and Zuma himself , worth billions of rand, were stopped by Tom Moyane and Jonas Makwakwa.

It also details how Zuma’s men at SARS made case files disappear and various other attempts at interfering by Zuma’s goons in State Security.

Against the backdrop of this massive and extensive looting that took place under Moyane’s watch, the current Public Protector Mkhwebane, who worked for State Security in the past, and is a well known Zuma loyalist, is leading a fightback campaign to bring Zuma and his associates back to power and bring back the industrial scale type of looting and state capture that we have endured under Zuma and his vultures.

South Africa , we are witnessing an attemted coup by Zuma through his spy Mkwebane, using discredited and fake news claims of a so called “rogue unit” to get to Ramaphosa’s people like Pravin Gordhan. Of course the ultimate goal would be to remove Ramaphosa himself.

Also take note that the renewed complaint lodged with Mkwebane which led to her false findings in this case was laid by the EFF’s Floyd Shivambu. Proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that the EFF is aligned to Zuma and his state capturers.
