Jeffreys Bay man (26) was arrested for possession of mandrax tablets valued R 3 060 at his place of residence in Ocean View, Jeffreys Bay.
On Monday 4 February 2019, around 21:30, police acted on information drug dealing related activity at a house in Harry Gwala Street, Ocean View in Jeffreys Bay. Police executed a search warrant at the identified premises. Inside the house, police seized 39 full mandrax tablets, 12 halves of mandrax tablets and 24 quarters of mandrax tablets with a total value of about R 3 060.
The 26 year old man was subsequently arrested and is due to appear at the Humansdorp Magistrate’s Court on charges of possession of mandrax on Wednesday, 6 February 2019.
