On 2 August 2017 at about 12:00 Ms Thandiwe Gatyana of Makhetheng A/Area received a telephone call from a neighbor that a suspect has killed his girlfriend and threw her inside a toilet situated in the yard after the suspect phoned the deceased’s sister.
The police were alerted about the incident and on their arrival the deceased was found dead inside the toilet. The suspect was on his way to Cape Town.
No arrest was made and the suspect is still at large.
