A suspect was arrested this morning when Kwazakhele Crime Prevention Unit members found him stripping a stolen vehicle. This followed after the police members received information and on follow up discovered a white Mazda bakkie at 10:30 being stripped at a house in Soweto on Sea.
The vehicle was reported as stolen in the Humewood area during October.
The 55 year old suspect was arrested and charged for the possession of a stolen vehicle and will be appearing before the New Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 5 November 2018.
