On Saturday 03 July a 26-year old male has been arrested for rape in Sterkspruit, Eastern Cape.
The raped woman was walking home with her sister and cousin. They met an unknown male who demanded to leave her one of them.
He took her to a dam and raped her. After that they went to a garage where she saw SAPS members and she reported the matter them.
The suspect was immediately arrested and will appear at Sterkspruit Magistrate Court on Monday.
