The Provincial Organised Crime Investigation in Gqeberha are on the hunt for a murder suspect who fatally wounded a 51-year-old man in Rowallan Park on the night of 13 August 2021.
It is alleged that on above mentioned date at approximately 18:40, Mzukisi Goba (51) who resides in Kinross Street, Rowallan Park requested the driver of his taxi to meet with him. When the driver arrived at his home, Goba was not home however he waited for him to return. When Goba arrived, he was seated inside the taxi, talking to the driver when an unknown man approached and fired multiple shots at him.
Goba was fatally wounded and succumbed to the injuries.
A case of murder is under investigation. The motive and the suspect is unknown at this stage.
