SAPS Bethelsdorp detectives left no stone unturned, during the investigation of a murder case which was reported during the early hours of Sunday morning, 9 October 2022.
It is alleged that on abovementioned address at approximately 04:25, SAPS Bethelsdorp members attended to a complaint at Livingstone Hospital, where the body of Delano Maroon (23) was pointed out with multiple stab wounds and he was declared dead on arrival at the hospital.
The detectives successfully traced the crime scene in Riemvasmaak, Extension 27, Bethelsdorp.
During the investigation, the suspect (28) was immediately identified, traced and apprehended in Extension 22.
The motive for the murder is under investigation.
He is expected to appear in the Gqeberha magistrate court on Tuesday, 11 October 2022 on a charge of murder.
