On 5 September 2018, at approximately 16:00 a blue Mazda 3 with registration FFM218EC was parked in front of a tyre fitment centre in Cambridge Street. The owner was busy inside the shop, when an unknown male got into the vehicle and drove off.
The owner’s 34 year old son who has Down Syndrome was in the vehicle.
A search by SAPS has been intensified.
