Mrs Denise Bartlett who was kidnapped earlier this week, was found alive and two suspects were arrested.There are no other details at this stage or any news on her condition.
It is alleged that a 71 year old woman was together with her granddaughter while they were attacked by two armed men when entering their house in Sterkstroom at about 19:00.
Both were assaulted and the old woman was taken by perpetrators and managed to take undisclosed amount of money and her green Spark Chevrolet vehicle and kidnapped the elderly woman. A Task Team was formed for the search.
A case of kidnapping and house robbery has been opened.
