An 18 year old woman was arrested by Mthatha police after an infant was found in a toilet wrapped in a plastic bag at a campus on 14 October 2019, at about 15:00. It is alleged that the woman had a misunderstanding with the father of the child which caused her to abort the child. She will be appearing in Mthatha Magistrate Court.
