Police detectives are on the hunt for two suspects who stormed into a shack, at the rear of the main house in Narsing Street, Asherville, Graaff-Reinet during the early hours of Saturday 5 June 2021.

It is alleged that at about 01.15 two suspects who were armed with knives forced open the front door of the shack. On entering they threatened to stab the 29-year-old complainant and helped themselves to his silver laptop, his cellphone and other music instruments before fleeing the scene on foot.

No person was injured during the incident.

A case of house robbery was opened for further investigation.

Police are urging anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects to contact Detective Captain Rudy Adams on 071 475 1914 or on 049 608 6600.
