An intelligence driven operation was conducted at Nompumelelo location on 16 March 2019, by East London Crime Intelligence and Mdantsane OCC that led to the arrest of four males.
The members followed up on information of suspects that are in possession of unlicensed firearms in Nompumelelo. Three pistols with live ammunition were found in their possession.
The suspects will appear in the East London Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 18 March 2019 for possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunitions.
