Police are looking for four armed suspects for an alleged house robbery incident in Kirkwood. On Wednesday, 22 August 2018 around 10pm, it is alleged that four men stormed into a backyard shack of a house in Fisanti Street in Bergsig area, Kirkwood, by forcing a door open.
The four suspects, one armed with a firearm held a couple at gunpoint, while others ransacked the house. One of the suspects attacked a shack owner with a panga.
The suspects stole a wrist watch, two rings, a laptop and undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene on foot.
An injured 29 year old victim was taken to hospital for medical attention. A case of house robbery was opened and arrests are imminent.
