The Mthatha Cluster Operations continue to yield good results in our endeavour to fight crime in the Cluster.
On 12 July 2017 five suspects aged between 25 and 40 years old were arrested in Mthatha and nearby localities.
Two men were arrested at Payne Locality 12, after they were found in possession with copper, weighing 19 kgs while another two were arrested for selling liquor without a license. 346 litres of liquor were confiscated.
A 32-year-old female was arrested for possession of dagga weighing 2.7 kgs with a street value of R2 700.
