Butterworth Police arrested a 25 year old man for murder of a 28 year old man. The alleged murder happened on Saturday, 13 October 2018 at about 22:00 at Zithulele Industrial Area, Butterworth.
It is alleged deceased was stabbed to death and the motive behind the murder is not known.
The deceased was identified as Yandisa Bacela. The accused Qiqa Mabunde appeared before the Butterworth Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 15 October 2018. He will appear again on 22 October 2018. He was not granted bail and he remained in police custody.
