A farm attack took place on 25 March 2021, at 18:00, in Fonteinskloof, krakeel, Joubertina, in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. Donald Strydom (61) stopped at his residence and was suddenly approached by five black male attackers. Two males had firearms, one a pistol and one long rifle.
The attackers then took him inside the house and demanded money. At the same time his wife hid herself away in the garage.
The attackers then forced him to open the walk in safe. After he opened the safe they assaulted him with the firearms by striking him against the head. The wife then managed to activate the panic button.
The suspects then fled the scene in the farmers white double cab Ford bakkie with registration NV01WP.
All role players responded but there have been no arrests.
