A farm attack took place on 8 February 2019, at 03:00, at Theescombe near Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. Four Xhosa speaking black males attacked two brothers aged 22 and 24 years respectively old on a small holding in the Theescombe area. The victims were woken by the four attackers that were armed with pangas. The attackers gained access through the front door that they broke down.
The victims were ordered to lie down on the floor while the attackers searched the house for valuables. A computer screen, laptop, and sports bag were taken the attackers fled by foot. Both brother were unharmed.
