A farm attack took place on the night of 12 February 2022, at Honeykop, Grahamstown, in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa.

The attack took place on a farm along the N2 outside Joza. There is a lookout for two vehicles that may have been used by the attackers, a BMW and a Mercedes.

Six armed attackers attackers held up a family, got the safe open and stole a number of firearms.

The home was ransacked and the attackers fled with the firearms, ammunition, money, computers and cellphones.

The farmer and his family were locked in the bathroom and whilst they were unharmed they have been traumatized by the invasion.

Police are investigating the attack and robbery but there have been no arrests.
