Three masked men smashed there way into a home on a smallholding in Bushy Park, near the Lavender Barn in PE. The men armed with a crowbar, firearm and knife attacked the elderly occupants, a couple aged 78 and 79 and the woman’s sister (85).
The man was beaten on the head with the crowbar and his skull was crushed in, he was rushed to hospital in a critical condition and is in the ICU. The woman and her sister were traumatised and locked in the bathroom.
Police are investigating and there have been no arrests.
