On Monday 13 May 2019, an intelligence driven operation was successfully conducted by the Cluster components units including Elliot K9 Unit, Sergeant Dyantji, Constable Bena together with Barkly East Detective who acted swiftly upon positive information received which resulted in the arrest of two suspects aged between 25 and 30 for dealing in dagga.
Both suspects have appeared in the Barkly East Magistrate’s Court.
The Elliot Cluster Commander, Colonel Matshediso Gezani commended the hard working members for their efforts to remove drugs from the streets.
