The municipality of Queenstown’s municipal manager apparently spent R90 000 on catering called KFC.

Chris Magwangqana defended the expenses as it did not compare with the amount of money the council spends to clean the town.

In the meantime, firefighters and garbage disposal vehicles have been sold at auction to pay the contractor for the construction of a R21m community hall in Sterkstroom.
