In the early hours of the morning of 16 July 2017, a boat capsized near Thyspunt.
Police divers, NSRI and other role players have rescued six people and recovered a body of a man.
It is believed that 16 people were in the boat at the time it capsized.
A rescue operation has been temporarily suspended due to bad weather. The survivors were taken to hospital.
Police have opened an inquest docket for investigation.
