Another cell phone shop held up by armed robbers

Police are investigating a business robbery incident, after five men, four armed with firearms robbed a cell phone shop in Caledon Street, Uitenhage today.

On Tuesday, 22 May 2018 around 09:30, it is alleged that five men entered a cellphone shop in Caledon Street, Uitenhage pretending to be customers. Two assistants were held at gunpoint, while the other three ransacked the shop. Suspects stole an undisclosed number of cell phones before fleeing in a Toyota Corolla. The suspects are still at large.
