Damage left after violent Belfast protest

Four days of violent riots and protesting left Belfast in Mpumalanga burning and millions of rands in destruction.

During the protests shops were looted, buildings and assets burnt, municipal water pipes ripped out, roads barricaded and vehicles were stoned and burnt.

Businesses were told to close their doors or they will be burnt down or shot dead.

Here are some photos of the destruction left by the protesters.
