A company tribunal is trying to determine if Dudu Myeni, as director of the SAA, acted irresponsibly in her SAA management.
SAA has incurred a loss of more than R10 billion during the time she acted as the company’s boss. She apparently does not attend board meetings and only sends an e-mail to apologize for her absence.
There are speculations that Dudu will be removed from the post.
