The Constitutional Court ruled that the social development minister, Bathabile Dlamini, has to pay 20% of the legal costs in person for the social allowance court case.

Furthermore, Judge Froneman recommended that the court documents be referred to the Public Prosecutor to see if Dhlamini should be prosecuted for perjury.
