Police Minister, Bheki Cele, will soon go to Malawi to bring back stolen cars and other goods to South Africa.
According to him, there are still cars with GP registration numbers driving around Mozambique.
However, how he will persuade the authorities to send back the vehicles remains an unanswered question.
