The case of three SARS “spies” accused of spying on the Scorpions in 2007 has been moved to the High Court.

Ivan Pillay, Johan van Loggerenberg and Andries Janse van Rensburg were allegedly involved in project “Sunday Evenings”.

The case will be heard in June.
