The Legal Council tribunal, which would have heard the case against Judge John Hlope was again postponed as one of the sitting judges withdrew from the case.
The case was already filed in 2013 regarding the conduct of Cape High Court President John Hlope after he allegedly attempted to influence two constitutional judges in a case involving Jacob Zuma.
The case has been postponed indefinitely and the suspicion is that it will eventually die a slow death.
