The mindset of beggars at parking areas sometimes amazes one. They come crawling and asking for a money, if you say, “But you have to do something in return like wash my car or carry my parcels,” then they curse you. And if you stop there again in three days then they beg again, pretending nothing has happened.

It gets worse if the leaders of the country have the same attitude.

Remember how Mugabe shouted on Britain and threatened Tony Blair? And the next morning begged for money again? Look where they are now. And now Ramaphosa and his shady government are doing the same.

Five countries have addressed notes to the president to warn him that his policies do not look very encouraging. The US, Britain, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands, which together contribute more than 70% of the country’s foreign income, merely delivered comments that clearly indicated that overseas countries are not buying Ramaphosa’s statements. Even they are now also beginning to realize that Africa always comes with a hidden agenda.

Now Lindiwe Sisulu has become hysterical and demanded an apology from them because it was not a diplomatic protocol to approach the president directly. Irrespective of whether it’s protocol or not, Sisulu – what these five countries say is what’s important!

And this morning the ANC comes and shouting blue murder over the “imperialists” who are interfering in the country’s domestic affairs and are apparently trying to manipulate the election and so forth, and so forth and so forth. Nothing new…..

Injustices, complaints and reproaches and demands, demands and demands….But that’s okay just continue to bite the hand that feeds you!

And then you can ask Uncle Mugabe’s voters, how does a hungry stomach feel?
