Only 14% of the country’s blacks benefited from BEE.
But what is not mentioned in the report, is the millions that went to the top ANC cadres and made a few quick multimillionaires.
They now argue that a system of Favoritism of the disadvantaged or rather EED should be established.
Accordingly to the IRR, 80% of the public schools does not function to standard, while 94% of public hospitals and clinics do not meet the basic requirements of health care. Hospitals and schools have for a long time been classified as “junk status”.
