Barloworld has 'whites out first' policy in retrenchment process, Solidarity heading to court

Solidarity trade union is going to take Barloworld to court because Barloworld has embarked on a retrenchment process based on racial discrimination. And yes, it means that white people will be selected to be retrenched first, even if they have more years service as black employees.

This is a selective slaughter of loyal employees based on race. It is unbelievable that such discrimination and such a heartless onslaught against white people have become so commonplace. Don’t forget that this decision was taken by black directors and their white liberal fellow directors without them blinking an eye.

Clearly, white lives don’t matter to them.

Solidarity’s court action follows the issuing of retrenchment notices by Barloworld on 17 August 2020 in which it became clear that race plays a pertinent role.

Solidarity also says trade unions were not consulted over the retrenchment criteria which are based on race. Solidarity says Barloworld embarked on the retrenchment process even though there are unfilled posts at the company. This was just a racially based reduction program from Barloworld, similar to a culling exercise in the wild.

This example is typical of what liberals have become and just about the only thing you can expect of them. Anti white racial warfare on all levels.
