Attempted farm attack: Suspects waited for residents in tree

After an attempted farm attack, a family can sleep soundly for another night knowing that assistance is just a phone call away.

The Zello group Witbank 911 responded rapidly again this weekend to a scene after residents on a farm phoned in to report suspicious people on their property.
The members of Witbank 911 arrived on a farm on Sunday February 1, 2015, almost 10km out on the Verena road.

Suspects allegedly climbed a large tree next to the farmhouse where they waited for the residents.

Before the members of Witbank 911 arrived at the scene, the unknown number of suspects fled and only left a few footprints behind.

Witbank SAPD (police) asked that all cases of crime and attempted crime should always be reported immediately at the station.
