A study by the University of Cape Town shows that between 3.7 and 6.3 million children in South Africa experience physical violence before they are 18 years old.
These include rape, assault, knife wounds, burns and so on.
The study shows that a child dies every three days because of abuse and negligence.
The country is on a downward pathway, and the future source of leaders is becoming less.
