Both Pietersburg and Verwoerdburg have both experienced cash in transit robberies in the last 24 hours.
In Verwoerdburg at the Celtic shopping mall a security guard was wounded during a robbery on a cash truck and just outside Pietersburg a security cash vehicle’s tires were shot and then blown open with explosives.
Two guards injured in the robbery.
