Eleven departments and state agencies did not submit their annual reports to parliament.
Co-operative Government, Government Pension Fund, Denel, SAL, SA Express, National Energy Regulator of SA (Nersa), Department of Energy, National Lottery, Department of Health, Minerals, Social Development and Correctional Services are the departments who’s reports are outstanding.
Thus, parliament, if they are competent to do so, can not check and determine the state of the entities’ affairs.
