Another ANC MP, Mondli Gungubele, will be summoned for his announcement that he will vote with the opposition in the “no confidence” vote.

The whip of the ANC, Jackson Mthembu described Mondli’s actions as the “worst” form of “lack of discipline.”

It is said that there will be no secret votes by members as MPs must vote in accordance with the party’s constitution.

Meanwhile, Natal’s ANC has begun disciplinary action against Makhozi Khoza for her outspoken view against individual members of the party.

Mthembu says the party is engaged in self-reflection and correction.

Political analysts say the mirror image can not be good.
