The Minister of Cooperative Government Zweli Mkhize has announced that 81 engineers and town planners will be deployed to address service delivery to municipalities in trouble.

As previously mentioned, only 7% of the country’s municipalities are functional while more than 30% are dysfunctional.

This means that 93% of the country’s towns managed by the ANC or DA are in a mess in terms of finance, service delivery, billing and recovery. It doesn’t matter who “rules” in a town, a total decline has taken place since blacks took over in place of whites.

Of the 81 “experts” there will probably be few pale faces, so the question arises where are the town planners coming from to save the countries towns?

Municipal managers were appointed at astronomical salaries and provided with “mentors” who would teach them to do the work, so there were actually two people at the head of most municipalities who had to ensure that the work was done but in 93% of the cases failed.
