Between September and November 2021, nine South African farmers were brutally murdered in South Africa. In September 2021 there were 13 farm attacks and 3 farm murders, during October there were 14 Farm attacks and 3 farm murders and during November there were 17 Farm attacks and 3 farm murders in the country.
Christiaan van Tonder (29), from Lindley near Steynsrus in the Free State province of South Africa was shot dead by an unknown number of attackers on 30 November 2021.
Johan Prinsloo (64) was shot dead 30 November 2021, when at least four attackers opened fire on him and one of his employees on a farm just outside of Koppies, South of Sasolburg in the Free State province of South Africa.
Robert Stander was shot dead on 2 November 2021 at around 01:00, in Muldersdrift, in the Gauteng province of South Africa.
Ajay Haripersaad (58) was shot and killed on 24 October 2021, on Graceland farm in Munden, outside of Greytown, in the KwaZulu Natal province of South Africa.
A 68-year-old farm manager was attacked and killed by an unknown number of attackers on 25 October 2021, at a vegetable project farm near Bersheba, Kirkwood, in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa.
Petrus Steyn (50) was overpowered and viscously assaulted and killed on 29 September 2021, by three attackers on the farm Holfontein, in the Heilbron area in the Free State province of South Africa.
Levyno (70) and Amelia (64) Botha, were shot dead on 25 September 2021, in Kameeldrift East, outside Pretoria, in the Gauteng province of South Africa.
Werner Buchner was shot dead, his son Werner wounded and his wife Estelle had both her arms broken on 5 September 2021, on their dairy farm in Boslaagte in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa.
