I donated many of my old clothes and books to friends and charity but you could also even sell some of my furniture online.

Eat healthy food, get plenty of sleep, and take breaks when you need to. Stress is a real factor, so if you find yourself getting overwhelmed, step back, take a break and change the scenery. You will be able to return to packing in a better mind-frame.
